Landscape Design & Outdoor Living in San Marco, Jacksonville, FL

How can a San Marco yard become an outdoor living space?

Established yards call for a plan that connects new features with what is already there. Patio placement, existing trees, access from the house, and usable garden space all shape a landscape redesign. A paver courtyard or shaded dining area can create a gathering place without treating the whole yard as a blank slate.

What should a patio plan consider near the river?

Site elevation, runoff, and existing drainage matter when planning a hardscape. For San Marco properties, the consultation is an opportunity to review where water travels, how a proposed patio meets the house, and which existing plants or trees should remain. Material choices and lighting can then be coordinated with the home's character.
