Use of this website
This website is provided for information and for requesting electrical service. Content here is general information, not electrical, legal, or safety advice for your specific property.
Service requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not create a contract or reserve a service window. Pricing shared before an on-site assessment is an estimate. A written quote governs the scope, price, and schedule of any work we perform, and prices may change if site conditions differ from what was described.
Licensing and permits
All electrical work in Florida requires proper licensing, and most scopes require a permit pulled with the local building department. Brasure Electric Company holds Florida Electrical Contractor License #ER13016848. Permit fees and inspection timelines are set by the authority having jurisdiction.
Warranty
Our workmanship carries a 60-day satisfaction warranty. Equipment and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unrelated failures, alterations by others, storms, or pre-existing conditions outside our scope.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
